Job Information
Job Title:  Warehouse Technician 
Position:  Labor: Warehouse 
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities included but not limited to:
• Pull all reservations accurately and prepare them to ship out by marked complete date on reservation paperwork
• Format and inventory accurately all product returned to AIM warehouse to be added to customer’s inventory
• Complete all required paperwork regarding pulls and returns
• Maintain neat, clean and organized warehouse per AIM storage standards
• Complete cycle counts as needed
•Evaluate and repair when possible any incomplete or damaged customer owned inventory
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise in AIM warehouse
• Assist AIM to Make a Difference customers in selecting donated furniture
• Ensure warehouse adheres to AIM recycle policy

•Assists customers in resolving installation issues

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
•Extensive knowledge of Herman Miller product including proper name, part numbers, discontinued product, and old vs. new versions of product
•Knowledge of at least one other major systems product (Haworth, Steelcase, Knoll)
•Installation knowledge of Herman Miller products
•Assembly and disassembly knowledge of Herman Miller products to be able to repair damaged or incomplete items
•Ability to read product books and cross reference them
•Understanding of how to assemble and disassemble racking in AIM warehouse to adjust for customer’s needs
•Ability to safely drive forklifts and order pickers
•Prefer knowledge of AIM website or be willing to learn it
