A Chief People Officer designed Website for Linkages, a not-for-profit that enables the hiring of disabled individuals, was recognized as a finalist for an innovation award. The site, built for Linkages to enable employers to easily and profitably hire disabled individuals, has proved a very successful tool for the not-for-profit. "I'm excited at the ease of use and effectiveness of the hiring solution." said Ethan Orr, Director of Linkages.
The tool combines a job board, custom platforms to help employers and job developers manage the hiring process, and human resources tools to meet the users needs. |
